Would you charge to come out and provide a quote?
Our initial consultation is complimentary. For an additional fee, we can provide design services for your project and select the materials to be used. This fee will be credited towards your job at contract acceptance.

Yes, most definitely. We have complete Liability Insurance to protect homeowners if there happens to be an accident on the job.

How much cleaning up do you do before you leave each night?
We respect you and your home and will certainly clean up the entire job site before we leave every night.
Since I’m at work all day long I can’t oversee the job so who will be making sure everything is done correctly?
We will assign a Project Manager, or a Lead carpenter to oversee everything as the process moves along. They will handle all scheduling as well as manage the work crew. You can count on them to be your liaison.
Are Permits going to be required?
Permit codes vary by city, but they are generally required for any framing, mechanical, plumbing or electrical changes.
Who will apply for the permits?
We will take care of applying and obtaining any needed permits.
When you provide the written estimate, would the cost of the permits be included?
Yes, an allowance for the permit cost is included in the estimate. If the cost of the permit exceeds the allowance the overage will be billed separately.
Do you do all the plans for room additions?
Most homeowners are already working with a drafter, architect or designer on the plans for their room addition or remodel. We have an architect that we have worked with on many projects that we can refer you to.
Is there a showroom where we can see our options?
We have a small showroom that displays our cabinet lines and various countertop materials as well as some plumbing fixtures for kitchen and bathrooms.
Will I need to be very involved as the project moves along?
Not necessarily. You will need to be involved in the planning of course, but once you have chosen the materials, appliances, products and fixtures, you are finished for the most part. We may have questions for you as we go along as things come up regarding your preferences, but that’s about it.
If all I need are new cabinets or a kitchen countertop would it be possible just to buy them from you?
Yes, and installation is included. We offer the following cabinet lines: Starmark, DeWils, Kraftmaid, Merillat, Mantra, and Ultracraft.

We accept personal checks and bank transfers through our secure online merchant service.
